From the moment I contacted Rachel at SERVPRO after a sewer backup...I felt that things were going to be taken care of. She was professional yet had a kind understanding about her that we were going to be in good hands. 2 hours later wonderful Oracio was at our home with a helper, already cleaning up the horrible mess. They were very hardworking, very reliable...we always knew when someone was going to come out to the house & work. We cannot say enough about Jarod Robb, our project manager. Communication at its finest. There was never any doubt what the next step would be in the process of this cleanup. The sewer backup began on a Monday, & the final dehumidifier left our home a week later. You would never know what we went through because everything looks great.
