Jess is the General Sales & Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Spokane County. Jess' entire professional career has been invested in business development and marketing with a focus on the development and implementation of creative strategies to help businesses grow.

As General Sales & Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Spokane County, Jess is responsible for developing, planning and implementing all sales, marketing & product development plans and activities as well as managing our Franchise's sales team. Additionally, Jess develops and grows relationships with industry professionals within the Spokane area.

A lifelong resident of Spokane and active father of 2 boys, Jess' passions include spending time with his boys, baseball, classic cars, music and the outdoors.

Rachael has been with SERVPRO since 1997 and has worn many hats in her time here.  Rachael holds multiple mitigation and restoration certifications including Certified Mold Professional, Lead Renovator, Restorative Drying 101 & 301 and she holds an IICRC Certification for Water Damage Restoration.  With her years of experience as a Fire Damage Crew Lead, as well as Estimator and Project Manager, Rachael brings a valuable and unique base of knowledge to our company.  

In her current role as Office Manager/File Audit Administrator here at SERVPRO, Rachael helps facilitate the relationship between our staff and the various insurance companies we work with.  The industry is constantly evolving and each company has a specific set of rules that we have to adhere to in order for the customers experience to go smoothly.  Rachael ensures that all the details are taken care of and our customers receive the best service possible.  

A lifelong resident of Spokane, Rachael enjoys spending time with her husband and her young daughter and can often be found cheering on her husbands' softball team.

Construction Field Superintendent

John is a field superintendent in the construction department at SERVPRO of Spokane County. John is responsible for the repair and restoration of your damaged property. He comes in after the damage is cleaned up and makes things like new again. If your house has fire damage, John and his crew will restore it. If a storm hits and a tree falls on your house, John has just the right crew to make it "Like it never even happened."

Matt Butler

Construction Department Manager  matt@SERVPROnwspokane.com

As the Construction Department Manager for SERVPRO of Spokane County, Matt is responsible for supervising the repair and rebuild of residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Matt collaborates with other SERVPRO department managers, specializing in various project aspects, and is involved in all project phases from planning to completion.

Matt takes a hands-on approach to each job/project embracing large scale projects while also showing equal attention to smaller jobs.  Matt is able to find solutions to complicated problems no matter how unique the circumstances and he has worked in the restoration and construction industries for over 12 years. Matt succeeds at meeting deadlines and setting goals to expedite projects quickly and to IICRC and building and construction industry standards.

Matt is skilled in Xactimate and Xactware to scope projects and prepare estimates for insurance companies and has and continues to build relationships with insurance professionals by communicating and working with them to ensure timely approval of repair estimates while ensuring the scope of work will deliver complete restoration and repairs for the customer.  Matt communicates with property owners the expectations to build their structure back to its original form.

Matt is married, is a busy father to 3 girls, enjoys barbeque cooking, and has lived in the Spokane area for over 17 years.

Gill Gilliland

Senior Commercial Business Development 

Gill is part of our commercial business development team. He is responsible for cultivating relationships with SERVPRO's commercial customer base and keeping them appraised of SERVPRO's capabilities that would benefit businesses. 

He develops close working relationships with customers and potential customers so they can learn how SERVPRO services can be applied to help businesses stay on top of circumstances that might impact operation of their physical facilities.

Public Relations/Community Outreach/Business Development

Craig Chamberlin (1970-2023) was responsible for Public Relations and Community Outreach for all SERVPRO franchises serving the greater Spokane area. He helped establish and maintain lines of communication and relationships with Spokane business, government and media. Craig was a valued and beloved member of our SERVPRO family following his retirement from the Spokane County Sheriff’s Department and we miss him more than words can express. Craig was not just our co-worker but our good friend as well.

Stephen is the Manager of our Contents & Cleaning Department. This means he makes sure personal belongings and important items for customers who have experienced water or fire damage are carefully cataloged, packed out, cleaned, restored, and packed back.  Stephen manages a team of over 15 dedicated contents and cleaning specialists and he is very detail-conscious and thorough which is exactly what is needed for this important job.
