This vintage Spokane, WA home suffered extensive fire damage and smoke damage to both the interior and exterior. The inside of the home had to be completely rebuilt while the Turn-of-the-Century front balcony was completely destroyed. The after picture shows the amazing craftsmanship of our rebuild crew as they were able to rebuild the intricately designed balcony to it's original splendor - the homeowner was moved to tears upon seeing the completed balcony, fearing the vintage design could not be duplicated and had been lost forever.
